Our prices are rising
- For empty rentals, an entry fee corresponding to 13% of the annual rent including charges + VAT, for furnished rentals, an entry fee corresponding to 14% of the annual rent including charges + VAT.
- In all cases, a search warrant will be given to the client and signed by him. It will recall precisely our prices and our commitments.
- In accordance with French law, Elysée Apartments only receives remuneration once the client has put in contact with the owner of the property purchased or leased.
